Q: Who has been the most influential person in your career that has acted as a mentor to you?
A: Most everyone I’ve worked with has granted me an opportunity in one way or another. My brother, Tony, and another close friend, Matt Klipper, both work in overlapping sectors of this industry and have always been influential and supportive.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about digital marketing? About your current company?
A: I like the quickly evolving nature of digital mediums – there is always a new technique to learn. I own and operate my current company, so I get to work with a lot of different clients in all phases of the development process and enjoy the variety of people and practices I work with on a daily basis.

Q: What’s the most memorable moment of your career?
A: Launching the site for the Malta Medical and Dental Clinic was a proud moment because the work they do is important and the people there are gracious. On a yearly basis, I also love improving and managing the website for the Dally in the Alley, a street fair I’ve been going to my whole life.

Q: What advice would you give to a young person in the business, or even a college student looking to get into it?
A: When you’re not working, dedicate time to continue learning. Techniques, best practices and the digital medium itself change often.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about 313 Digital?
A: I’m a newcomer! Working on the 313 Digital website with the board and brand designers has been a great pleasure and opportunity. I’m very excited about the launch of this site and I look forward to participating in the organization’s continued growth.
