I’ve always enjoyed being a part of the growing world of design. The combination of business and art has been an interesting experience for me to take part of head on. I’ve enjoyed art for the longest time and have been doing design work since high school. Doing what I do is a dream come true, I couldn’t be happier with where I’m at.

Q:  Who has been the most influential person in your career that has acted as a mentor to you?

A: My Graphic Design advisor, Robin Ward. She has solidified my confidence in what I do and has always been someone to go to for advice and guidance.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about digital marketing? About your current company?

A: The variety of work that can come my way. It’s interesting to see how I go from working on one project to another and how my design elements change so dramatically, but still have some hints of my style. It’s what makes what I do so challenging and rewarding.

Q: What’s the most memorable moment of your career?

A: It would have to be when I started doing work for 313 Digital. That was the moment where I realized I can make it in this field and do what I love.

Q: What advice would you give to a young person in the business, or even a college student looking to get into it?

A: Don’t ever stop learning, doing, or creating. The moment you get comfortable with your talent is when you will start to lose that talent. I can’t stress the fact that this business changes rapidly, and if you get stuck behind there won’t always be someone to help catch you up. Expand your knowledge and flexibility and you will be fine.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about 313 Digital?

A: The people I get to work with as well as the variety of work that comes my way. It’s helped me connect with businesses as well as find long term work.
